Job Board

The IMHA‑MD/DC Job Board is a community resource designed to support the infant and early childhood mental health workforce across Maryland and the District of Columbia. Our goal is to connect professionals with meaningful opportunities that strengthen the wellbeing of infants, young children, and their families.

All positions featured on this board are submitted by organizations working in the fields of infant and early childhood mental health, early childhood development, family support, and related disciplines.

How the Job Board works.

Weekly Posting Schedule

New job postings are added every Monday. This weekly rhythm ensures that the board remains fresh, easy to navigate, and consistently updated for professionals exploring new opportunities.

Posting Duration

Each job remains on the board for 30 days.

If a position is still open after that time, organizations may resubmit their posting for an additional 30‑day cycle. This helps ensure that all listings are current and relevant.
